In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price, Design & Story shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product at the incorrect price. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Design & Story shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.   Our goal is to present you with products of inspired design and unique stories. Many of these products are only available in limited quantities or require longer assembly lead times. When an item is no longer available we make every attempt to remove from the site immediately. If an item is currently on back order, we make every attempt to include this information with the item on the site. We will also make every attempt possible to contact you directly and resolve any problems a situation may have caused. Always contact us if you have any questions or concerns about the availability of product.   We will always make every effort to display as accurately as possible the true colors of our products. But the actual colors you see will depend on your computer monitor and it’s settings, therefore we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.   You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dare to Dream, Inc. dba Design & Story, it’s officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the "Service Providers") from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorney fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.
